Meet same issue as others: the necklace fades easily after only wearing less than 10 times in last 2 month. The sales said “NO after sale service” and denied this this their quality issue. Such 100 necklaces with such a Disappointed quality! I already brought 3 sets in one shop at Mercury shopping center with such a BAD(”No”) after sales service! This is NOT gold plated! Won’t buy anything from this shop!
I got this locket from burwood. After 2 weeks of wearing, the color faded out and when i returned to the store she tells me i put chemical on necklace. R u kidding me? 200 necklace and i wanna put chemical in there??? And now to fix it she's asking me additional money for plating and other stuff. If you really wanna charge extra for me what was the warranty for??? Nevere wanna go back to this place again
I took back a necklace that was purchased 2 months ago and it was looking worn out after only a few times of using it. The short Asian lady has no customer service skills at all and was extremely rude. She screamed at me and refused to listen to what I had to say. I told her I don't want a refund or anything, I just wanted to know why the necklace was worn out after only a few times use. She said this is old stock even though it was purchases 2 months ago and she said go online call the head department because I can't do anything even though I have warranty.
The worst customer service I bought earrings and they went black after a few times I wear them... The lady that works there was very rude... I won't shop again there I do not recommend it

Do not recommend shopping here. Bought earrings, they broke as I was putting them on a week after purchasing. Went back to store and they refused to give me my money back as they said it was against store policy, and that I had to get an exchange for a different item as they didnt have the same earrings. Took 6 weeks of calls and arguing back and forth, eventually had to threaten to take it up legally (as it is illegal to not offer a refund for a faulty item) for them to finally refund me the money. One of the workers told me that the boss takes money out of workers pays to cover any refunds that have to be made, sounds like a lot of illegal practices going on. It also looks like the jewellery is all items that are cheaply bought online (I've found websites with the same items) and marked up to the prices you pay, thats why they always have signs up for 50-70% off sales e.t.c. its because they are purchasing the jewellery dirt cheap.
