Always absolute quality care, whether specialist or emergency. There's no other vet in Brisbane we trust more. Thoughtful, thorough, caring, detailed and genuinely motivated to do whatever's necessary to get the best outcome for your loved one - keeping you 100% in the loop all the way. It's extremely clear these are the experts, it just simply doesn't get better. For urgent and important worries, we won't take our pets anywhere else. Well done team for keeping us and our family happy, healthy and safe, through stressful times in particular.

Thomas Archer

Our dog Thomas had osteosarcoma and as such became a patient of Dr Terry at the VSS Jindalee. I can't speak highly enough Dr Terry and all the staff there, especially their gentle and caring manner with Tom (he would always arrive shaking at the clinic). They were professional at all times but were also friendly, making him as relaxed as possible whether he was there for chemo, scans or just a check-up. Through their expert care, they gave Thomas another 11 months of quality life, for which we will be eternally grateful to them.

Our bulldog had Brachycephalic syndrome and a cherry eye which required surgery. Both surgeries were scheduled and performed the same day by Adj. Prof. Philip Moses for his breathing and Dr. Edith Hampson Ophthalmologist. Along with the staff I have nothing but the greatest of praise for all those who attended to our dogs needs. I was completely informed of what the surgeries entailed, after care and continuing care. Thank you all for the wonderful experience and Archer is one very happy dog.

Amazing and caring staff. They took such great care of my little dog Alfred when he was unwell. I was able to leave him with the staff at VSS/Emergency and go to work knowing he was in good hands, and would receive the best treatment/care. All the staff including Vets, Nurses and Front of house staff are all there to help you and your pet during the tough times.

These specialists and nurses are beyond wonderful. The care was top of the line, they recognised and diagnosed the problem with my pup quickly and accurately and started treatment immediately. They never gave up on her and tried different treatments to save her life. The communication between them and myself was exceptional. The care they provided was truely compassionate, they treated my pup like a family member, gave her lots of love and attention and made her feel comfortable during her long stay. They even sent photo updates to my phone at night to show she was happy and hanging in there. I have never felt more confident with a veterinary service. The cost at the end of the day was worth every penny, and retrospect I paid a lot less than I expected considering the length of time my pup was with them. Thank you for the bottom of my heart.
