This was my partners first time in a Connor, as he needed to get a suit last minute for an event! We had no idea on his sizing there, and came in with a rough plan. Elliot came over and assisted us, making suggestions but listened to what we wanted too. He saved us SO MUCH TIME- figured out the sizing super quick, was lovely to chat to and just really helpful. I was honestly worried it was be a bit of a stressful experience but it was completely the opposite thanks to Elliot!

How to miss out on getting a sale. Yesterday when I came in, had a very helpful lady that got my sizes all sorted. I couldn't buy from her then, as I had no way of getting my suit home. Came back today, fully prepared and even found the same suit I tried on yesterday and went and stood at the counter for about 5mins, the chick working even looked right at me and went back to folding shirts. Guess I'll go to another store!! Sorry for the bad rating for the lady working yesterday.

Poor service staff full of excuses. No Manager in store, incorrectly priced goods on incorrect rack. We bought 5 shirts and feel ripped off for 5 bucks. They deny it was their fault but couldn't care less. Dont shop there better bargains elsewhere.

Jacob and celina at this was more than helpful to help swap pants over and get them sent to my local store, where Orion store was not helpful at all. For their most excellent service I recommend this store.
