This place is no good. Recently sent in a Polaris Sportsman 570 purchased in 2017 for a service and to sort an issue as the bike continuously was letting us down in the middle of moving cattle usually Km’s from home. Was told it needed a new fuel pump and a few bushes etc with suspension fixed. Never heard another word until we needed the quad to take away to muster in agistment cattle. Called Terence, was told ‘the bike had been right to go for a fair while’. Copped a whopping invoice for over 5000 including 23hrs of work completed at 110/hr labour. (More then likely done by an apprentice) A fuel pump for a Polaris quad bike apparently costs over 500 plus installation. The battery was replaced even though we had put a new one in about a month before it went in. When I brought up this up with farmers in the area every person whom has dealt with Terences Oversnow has similar stories to tell. Including one bloke that had a simple service needing to be completed on a Polaris Ranger. He was charged over 1000 including 110 to wash an already clean machine. We would have been better off buying a new bike at 7k and keeping the other as a spare. We have never posted publicly on any business ever before. But genuinely, we don’t want any one to experience what we have endured. Stay Away!
