First time for my fur baby. A large day enclosure, & she had a heater in her night quarters . Lovely people. Highly recommend.

I wasn't going to write anything, however the experience was disturbing and I am surprised the kernnel has such as high rating. Our Staffy had cuts in his mouth upon picking him up, nothing was said to us about how he got the cuts, we did not notice until we had him in the car. I suspect they were using a muzzle and did not tell us. Very disappointed, they were fully aware of his breed and the fact it was his first time.

They always took great care of our dog. When he was deaf, partially blind and a bit arthritic they took special care of him. Highly recommended.

These guys do everything they can to help you feel comfortable to keep your animal here. They look after all types of animals, from chickens/ rabbits to horses. They're awesome, flexible people. We drive from Bendigo to house our pets here
