Ideas are awesome and products seem great, and reasonably priced but quality and safety of kids toys needs work. Play slides - laminate separated from slide on both of them and had to be replaced. Our play cube broke twice and 2nd time owner told me ‘will just need 1-2 screws back together to fix the damage. Use a 25mm timber screw.’ Disappointed.

My mum ordered the climbing triangle from here in early December for my son for Christmas, still no sign of it yet. We are in Melbourne so not sure how it went wrong. Customer service non existent to get to the bottom of it from either Jenjo games or the courier company, they don't want to know about it unfortunately.
