Personally had an unpleasant experience with Jellis Craig. The agents could care less about your business. Expressed interest in renting a property multiple times, called the agent time and time again - even leaving messages and voicemails, but not even the courtesy to reply or call back. Even other agents from other agencies have the courtesy to ring back even when they're extremely busy. That is what good customer service is. I've had much better experience with other agencies, and I will be taking my business there instead.

Marcus happened to contact me just as I was in the process of finalising plans to sell, and Jellis Craig wasn't on my radar because I hadn't dealt with them before - but Marcus changed all that with his enthusiasm and energy, by getting me to look at the data on who was really doing all the real estate business in my local area. Jellis Craig have a very strong local presence, and Marcus convinced me that they could turn this into much higher traffic through my property during the sale process... and then did exactly that. Throughout the pre-auction period he kept me fully informed, and fielded the queries from potential Buyers in a very professional manner - but the real proof was on auction day, when we had four or five genuine bidders who drove the price to unexpected heights - a truly spectacular outcome, reflecting the hard work Marcus and the rest of the Jellis Craig team put in... I'm pleased Marcus made that initial call, and will be selling further property in the area through him!!

He has never failed to return a call, provide good honest feedback and gives you his undivided attention when required.
