I can’t say I’ve had much good experience with this clinic. The first time I called, very sick and desperate for help, the receptionist rudely hung up on me! My house has terrible cell reception and I was speaking but since she couldn’t hear me she just immediately hung up! So rude and was passive aggressive on the phone call when I foolishly called back. Had a new appointment with a different doctor today and they called in a different patient at MY appointment time. I thought, ok, won’t be too long. WRONG. 40 minutes later I’m still waiting. Again, Receptionists couldn’t care less. I left without seeing anyone. This clinic is very poorly run. So far I can’t justify paying the extra cost for this level of service.

Would not recommend dr cely goeltom. Pushes birth control and antibiotics. When asked about side effects to medication she always says there is none when there is. I specifically asked her about doxy and sensitive skin and she told me that is not a side effect - it is a listed side effect? Her advice actually made me alot worse off than when i first attended the clinic. She is a very medicate first ask questions later kind of dr. Didn't take any of my symptoms of PMDD, acne or pains seriously, told me that birth control WOULD work for me, i just had to keep trying different birth control. Did not give me much to work with when i told her that birth control made my acne and moods worse and antibiotics only made my gut health and skin worse. Reception staff however were lovely, maybe other drs are better.. but this was a waste of time and money unfortunately. I found much better help with a qualified naturopath who specializes in women's health.

The staff and doctors here are world-class. It's been a 7 year journey trying to find Womens Health specialist doctors in Aus who not only specialise in yes health, but also in genuinely caring for the patient, and Jean Hailes does exactly that and beyond. Reception staff and doctors are so friendly and warm, thorough in examination and discussing healthcare without making you feel like just a name on a sheet to get in and out in 15 minutes. I was blown away by them, wish I could give 10 stars! **********

Expertise and empathy stand this clinic head and shoulders above the others. With a talented and dedicated staff you can't do better.The added convenience of the Clayton clinic is yet another reason to add these "special "specialists to your necessary regime.

A bit tricky to find, and has a lengthy wait list, but has super nice caring staff. Worth the wait.

I have never felt more embarrassed or uncomfortable by a Doctors visit than I have when I came here. I specifically chose this clinic because I thought they would be understanding and attentive for women's issues however I was made to feel like the things wrong with me were all my own fault. This experience has truly scarred me from visiting another doctor for my issue in fear that I will be made to feel embarrassed again.
