Mr Yang attended my concern today about a toshiba satellite laptop at 330pm. He powered it up succesfully, whilst I could not for the last two hours since 12nn. He did not charge me, so how I felt, pure thankfulness that he could recover my laptop without the charges was just really as good as the weather was today!. I walked out of the store at 345pm thinking thanking god for the quick 'repair'. One word was given to omit the battery which was defective ..I thanked Mr Yang again for alerting me to the folly of using a defective battery which can foul up the laptop from starting up cleanly,
