Service is very good until you go to pay and then there is always a wait...I don't understand why. Overall a good store with helpful people that are very well informed to give you the right product. I had to return my product and there was no issue just a big wait in the cashier.

Love shopping there, but the middle aged lady with blonde hair doing the check-ins at the front when you walk in is very rude. I get she has to ask everyone but is so blunt and rude. When my app wasn't working she keep saying step back, keep trying not going in untill I see the certification code. I understand it, but just don't be so rude. Didn't end up going in because the way she hassle me.

You always have to wait a while to find a service staff for assistance here. Most of them pretend not to see you and try to avoid eye contact. Staff who showed some experience behave as if you owe them a living. You rather shop online.

Went in to have a look at something else but ended up having a look at some TV's also. The guy who helped us out was great, very informative on the differences between the TV's and their quality and their downfalls also. He was very polite, very professional and friendly. Even though it was close on closing time. Will definitely go back there for other things.
