I've bought Jasper's coffee beans before but never seen a Jasper's Cafe. Nice bright warm looking store with a large display of coffee beans in open bins and a similarly bright cake display cabinet. Store was busy and we ordered 3 coffees, Latte, Espresso and an iced Mocha. Served quickly and coffees were bought out directly to our table in only a few minutes. All the coffees were excellent, nicely presented, perfect temperatures and the Latte had some nice art in the foam. The iced Mocha was also delicious, although I think 7.95 is too expensive in a shopping centre Cafe.

Appalling. Watching the Barista sneeze into his hands, rub his nose, then continue to work as usual in this pandemic, the same day VIC has new community cases... Dec 31st at 3pm. I quietly and politely asked him to please wash your hands and it’s best to not wipe your nose then handle the machines, cups etc and he said “thanks bro” then continued to work as if nothing happened. Wow. So I approach the Manager and advised what had happened, he basically grunted something whilst the guy made two more coffees and handed them to another client then walked off with an attitude to wash his hands and return a few moments later. Avoid these grubby, selfish and appallingly arrogant people. They deserve to close and not get your money. Disgusted.

It seems this location decided to change thei fruit toast advertised to raisng bread. All i received is sorry instaed of asking me if i wanted a partial or all refund. Price gone up and did not reveive what was advertised on the menu. Their excuse was threi supplier?I can get a loaf of raising bread from Woolworthsfor3dollars approx.to be just the same. What happenef to the apricots,the figs? Very sad time and no customer relations.

Stopped in to have coffee and breakfast at Jasper Coffee in Highpoint. The coffee was lovely and fresh and the eggs Benedict tasty. Staff are friendly and helpful and I would certainly go for coffee again. Best scrambled eggs that I have had for a long time today 29/01/20

Waiting for my cake, took over 10 mins, been asking 2 separate workers, still no cake. My coffee went cold.

Coffee is pretty ordinary. Great service, but does not live up to the standard of a specialist coffee Cafe that they brand themselves in.

I visited today Jasper Coffee with my friend and we ordered 2 cups of cappuccino. The taste was really good. The cupcakes were also very delicious and soft. I can say that this is the best cafe in Melbourne. You can try this cafe to have a good coffee. Worth every penny!!!
