All staff were great. Not pushy towards upgrading models or getting extras. Just explained the differences in models and let us choose what is within our price range and needs. Very easy to organise trade in or go for a test drive.

Failed to inform us that the fixed pricing Service had changed, meaning we had to pay more and were completely uncaring and unapologetic when we said we would have liked to been informed of that, before driving out 1.5 hrs to Tanunda.
Terrible customer experience! A process that should have taken 1-2 weeks, took 8! Due to staff incompetencies, lack of comms between staff at the dealership and them all seemingly having no regard for the customer. The sales guy who sold me the car made no contact with us for over a month after I put the deposit down (amid my attempts to contact him). It was very apparent he did not care at all about the customer and made it all too apparent we were nothing but a number on a sales sheet. We financed in-house, and had an atrocious experience. Among other things, the finance manager had us sign all the forms and go through the entire process, we were then told later on he had sent is completely wrong forms and we needed to go through the whole process again. As we bought interstate the difficulty of this was compounded. This experience was harder than buying a house. We were ready to forfeit our deposit and walk away - if it wasn’t for Damien sorting out the incompetencies of the staff at Jarvis. I would recommend stay well clear of this business.
Have tried twice today to get through to the service department to book my isuzu into getting a service done and waited both times for over 5mins so hung up. Looks like we will be taking it elsewhere out of the Barossa@ To late we have booked it in for a service at Burton tomorrow morning!
Absolutely the best. Thorough and comprehensive servicing all the way. Wonderful staff, from the cleaners to the manager. Very honest and impressive sales team, a pleasure to deal with and bend over backwards for the customers. Cannot speak highly enough of Jarvis Barossa.
