My car was serviced fixed right the first time, as it always is and the staff are friendly and helpful too. They make the process easy for me. As I work at Para Hills, it is also great to get a free loan car which makes it much easier getting to and from the Norwood service centre, without having to organise a lift both ways. WELL DONE again :).

Definitely room for improvement. Purchased an Astra recently with only 30k on the clock as a second car. Agreed as part of the sale that the gutter rash would be fixed and all stone chips would be professionally repaired before collection. I checked a couple of days prior to collection that this was all done and was assured it was. I transferred payment based on this assurance. On collection, the wheels had been done but the finish was extremely rough, the door leading edge chips were done but the other chips weren't. On questioning this was told they had been extremely busy and hadn't checked over the vehicle properly. Not good. The interior of the vehicle had been cleaned but the job was pathetic. There are white marks on many of the car's trim panels as if cleaning solutions has been applied but not rubbed in / off enough. This is proving difficult to correct. Back to black had been sprayed on the floor mats which left a very strong chemical smell which is still present 3 weeks later. The above was further communicated after the sale (via their own survey) but no response was received which is very disappointing. We will be replacing our main car shortly but it will not come from here.
Terrific they were prepared to talk about the deal. Brett the salesman was seriously helpful.
I visited today to check out a Ranger Wildtrack. Andrew was helpful and answered my outstanding queries. I will return here to buy later this year.
New Endura is worth a look. Sales and service team are all fantastic.

Been with them for a few years now. Surprisingly over those years the guys have successfully managed to claim to have washed the car when there is CLEARLY no sign of the car been washed, but every sign contrary. What i find insulting is they would cover car seats with plastics and go to the extent of saying yes the car has been washed when I ask. Is it hard to accept you don't have the capacity to provide complementary wash? Is it hard to be honest when you have not washed the car? If you guys can be so dishonest about something that's so obvious, why should we have confidence in the service behind doors?
