We had our work Christmas party this year with Tomo from Japanese Cuisine Classes and I would highly recommend doing a class. The food was incredible and it was great to learn more about Japanese culture. I look forward to testing out my new skills and cooking some of these delicious recipes for my family and friends. For my husband's 70th birthday, I wanted to surprise him with something different. So I invited a few close friends to experience Tomo's Japanese Cooking class. It was a hit! The food was delicious and we learnt so much about Japanese culture. Tomo was an excellent teacher. I would certainly recommend this gift with a difference. That's what memories are made of.
Tomo comes prepared and loves what he does and it shows in the passionate way he transfers some of his knowledge. Even though it is like class it is also a good feed and definitely a lot of fun
We enjoyed a fantastic family night with Tomo! It was great to learn new cooking skills and even greater to enjoy the fruits of our labour! Tomo is knowledgeable, skilful, friendly, extremely generous, and highly organised. This event was incredibly good value for money and I highly recommend it.
We had the best time cooking with Tomo, We got to keep all the left over ingredients and have re-made some of the dishes we made that night again with great success.

My husband and I have done a cooking class twice now with Tomo and each time we have had an absolute blast! The food has been delicious, and both times we have recreated the recipes so Tomo obviously taught us well. Tomo is very professional whilst still creating a very comfortable, relaxed and fun atmosphere. He reads the room very well! We would highly recommend this and will be doing more in the future!
Tomo is absolutely fabulous! I can’t recommend his cooking classes enough! Great fun and delicious food!
