I found Statewide Demolition very reasonable to work with. We were given a reasonable quote for the demolition work which was the most "all inclusive" quote we received. (Others charged a lot extra for extras). Surprises like extra asbestos were dealt with in a reasonable and timely manner without gouging. The crew were helpful, thorough and easy to work with. Good job.

Very disappointed with their work. I got three quotes from my project manager Kevin, and Stateside is the most expensive one, i agreed to go with them with the hope that they would do the job properly and would not surprise me with extra cost in the future. But after the demo they cracked four verge panels and the local council's gonna charge me 1500! I wouldn't complain if only one or two pannels got cracked as it happens when heavy truck run over, but 4 panels is a large area which could be managed better.
If you want a company that will go above and beyond look no further than Statewide Demolition. Jenny and Nathan went beyond our expectations and tight timeframe to have our property demolished. I can not recommend this company enough !
Very professional and friendly office and site staff. Managed several issues (demo of parapet wall on boundary, challenging sewer cut etc.) very well. Went above and beyond to keep neighbours on side. Good communication despite us living overseas, including direct line to personnel on site. Highly recommended.
Just like to thank Nathan and the Statewide team for the the Demo work they completed for Expand Constructions. The Boys were polite,respectful to the neighbouring properties with dust suppression etc and completed the job on time and as quoted. Would not hesitate to use there services again in the future . Very quick turn around for the demolition. Simple process and easy to deal staff. Problem with leveling block was addressed promptly. Will use Statewide for another demo project in the near future.
