A Chill delivery driver did a hit and run on my parked car on the 5th of August 2019. Now they are dodging mine and my insurance company's request for their insurance claim number so my hire car costs can be covered. I called their insurance provider today to find out a claim has not been made. So far iv been left to foot a 1,000 hire car bill with no help or support from Chill! Doing hit and runs & not answering calls or emails must be a company policy as the lack of care throughout the entire company is very noticeable. You have my details, I look forward to hearing from you!

I have used Chill on 3 or 4 occasions over the past year. I have always found their service very quick, efficient and their staff friendly and accommodating. They even saved me some money advising not to use dry ice with one of my shipments as they have freezer vans! I will definitely continue using them in the future and would happily recommend their services to anyone!
