Superb service just after New Year :) minimal disruption to my garden patch (tidied up their footprints after!), neat relocation of my meter box for compliance update, minimal work on the driveway to access and update the connection from the road, and really lovely gentlemen all round! This mob wrecked our verge and promised to return to reinstate it but when they came back they filled in the holes with sawdust which was a waste of time. I called them back in Jul 2019 & was given a job number but I haven't heard from them since. "Community engagement" - bulldust!

Terrible customer service. Gas leak out the front caused damage to our verge area. Have rung fives times with promises that some action would happen to rectify the damage and contaminated soil. No phone call no action nothing. Off to talk to the Energy and Water Ombudsman. Typical corporate, no care, no responsibility, no action. All the advertising about how good your company is means jack if you don't follow through with actions. Update: it's now 3 weeks later someone finally came out, but still nothing fixed. Time to go to the Energy and Water Ombudsman. Update: Finally 8 weeks after my first call they fixed the damage they had created for that I have upgrade from 1 star to 2 stars.

I was really impressed with their customer service today. Within 15 minutes of calling up to get help with our gas system someone was out and the system was fixed in 5 minutes.
