The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Constance was my sales person and couldn't have been more professional, helpful and informative. Laura and David sorted out the finance and help when I was having issues. The accessories team answered all my questions happily and politely, no matter how stupid. Finally they gave me a great price on my trade in. Overall a great experience.

I had my bike serviced last week. A bit overpriced but a touch. I wasn’t happy with the loan bike. The loan bike was more than 10yrs old and over 90,000km on it. Everywhere else I’ve had my bike serviced they had brand new bike as the loan bike. This shows how much they regard their customers. Since I booked it a month in advance I expected to get the bike back soon but it took them whole day. I don’t see any issue with their service work though.

I am always a very happy customer when I buy spare parts from Western Motorcycles. They always have whatever it is I need, if not it arrives within a couple of days max. One day I'll buy a bike from them I'm sure. I have to say I'm really impressed with that custom WMC Bobba that's on display.. In the meantime, I'll keep dreaming!! :)

I can only comment on the parts department, who were really helpful and fast when I tried to buy a part. They didn't have it, but went out of their way to find it for me at another dealer. I'll be back.
