Tammy , Brianna and Katie are ABSOLUTE AWESOME PARTY HOSTS !!!! My family and I are attending a children's party here today and I myself working in the food industry for many years, can not fault the service , food quality and all round hospitality of this venue. The kids had a ball.. and so did the parents !! Love the massage chairs too !! Such an awesome touch for worn out parents. Definitely give this place 5 stars !! Great job guys !!

Great place to celebrate kids birthday. That's exactly what I did and kids had so much fun. Lovely staff very helpful. Will definitely go back next year.
We absolutely love Penrith Lollipops Playland and Cafe. We have had our kids birthdays there and have been very happy each time. Our girl recently had her birthday party there. All the kids had a such a great time. The party host was amazing so kind and patient with all the children. Lollipops Playland and Cafe Penrith did everything they could to ensure my daughter had a wonderful time, they even included her favourite games for her and she really did feel like a princess sitting on her throne and having her birthday lap around the center. Everyone thought the teacups were fantastic. The kids enjoyed the party food and the adults loved the fresh sandwich platters and the tasty hot food that was provided. It was so nice to be able to sit and enjoy her special day WITH her while Lollipops Playland did all the hard work :) . I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the center, they were very thorough and great with sanitiser etc for the kids. It was so great and the kids got to hang around afterwards and play. My daughter summed it up as "the best party ever". Thank you so much Lollipops Playland Penrith for an awesome birthday party and your wonderful customer service!
My 2yo enjoy playing here. Not too crowded playhouse. Neat and clean. Very accomodating staff. Keep it up.
Place was absolutely disgusting and the staff do not seem to care at all. Paying admission for adults, such a rip off and will not return. Not Happy
Had our child's birthday party at Lollipops Penrith this weekend. Although it was busy, the staff were fabulous. We had a number of kids pull out at last minute due to illness, this meant a big range of ages in the group of kids, but the party host Brittany kept it all running and engaged. Particularly love that she chatted to them while they were eating, which stopped the kids all running off back to the equipment, and allowed us to circulate and chat to other parents. Game was well run (even asked for her favourite type of songs in advance), lollybags were great size (I'd brought extra lollies, but I wouldn't worry next time). Food was well cooked, tasty party food. They made sure kids got cordial drinks served etc. They included a reserved table outside the room for parents, which was really handy, especially to put presents etc. while kids were arriving before the party room opens, and after the room closes. Kids can also keep playing after the room closes. Only tip would be to book after 1:30pm if you want it to be slightly less busy.
I've taken my young daughter here who is just starting to crawl. The infant/toddler area is still a little advanced for her but I'm allowed to take her down the slide, etc. The teacup ride runs hourly and parents are allowed to go on with them. Although if there is too much weight in the teacup, it doesn't spin properly. The cafe has a good variety and there is a nappy changing station located in the disabled bathroom.
