Vast Range - High Quality - Excellent Service. Happy to have purchased an outdoor dining set from Bay Gallery. I’m especially impressed with the degree of professionalism and customer service provided by their Delivery Service. This is an area which let’s down most furniture retailers - customer service extending as far as the completion of transaction and the delivery phase becoming a separate issue and lowering of service. Not so with Bay Gallery. Their two-man delivery team, not only arrived ahead of time, but also rendered an excellent service in putting together the furniture - thanks guys - much appreciated.

My new outdoor lounge arrived today! And just like the last time I bought from Bay Gallery everything was in perfect order! I have the Milano chaise outdoor wicker lounge with black denim cushions and it looks fabulous in my new outdoor area. It will be in a different position when everything is finished but I couldn't wait to open it and see how it looks. Great quality and a great price and easy to purchase. Bay Gallery have been so helpful with this purchase. I found out you can purchase any items from any range; I just purchased the chaise and an ottoman rather than the coffee table. Highly Recommended! and Happy Days outside for me!

Friendly staff and amazing furniture. Bought the double egg chair but made a mistake on the colour. When the delivery came, the store sorted it out in no item! No fuss! New chair came 2 days later. The way retail should be!! Many thanks

Fantastic customer support on excellent quality products. Had an issue with the freight company that did the delivery damaging an egg chair and refusing to sort it, and these guys resolved it, even though they were contractually obliged to. Brilliant service

Bay Gallery had a great selection. Their service in store was great. The lady was so helpful and patient and put togther a great package deal. Delivery was super fast and well organised. The guys at the office were spot on with delivery schedule and were very professional upon delivery. Highly recommend them and will use them again for sure!

Very happy with our purchase! Searches for a long time for an outdoor lounge which was affordable and met our size/taste requirements. Beautiful outdoor lounge - great price - good communication and delivery. I had thought that I might need to do a lot of assembly but it came mostly assembled. Very comfortable. Would definitely buy from again and recommend to others!

10/10 from me! Incredibly seamless/professional transaction! So very impressed. I Purchased a bulky item through a third party provider, and that same day I received a call to confirm delivery date (which was only a few days later). The girl on the phone was LOVELY, efficient and was accommodating. I received reminders about date and time it would arrive. On the date of delivery I received phone call from the delivery guys (who again - super friendly and professional) to reconfirm timing, and once again when they were out the front. They brought it through my house and onto the balcony and we’re very careful with doorways etc and very polite. Added bonus is that the item I purchased is perfect and feels to be great quality! Thanks team :) will definitely be checking you guys out directly next time I’m in the market for furniture.
