When my mac crashed these folks helped me with loan laptop and repaired it for me in the midst of multiple assignment and university workloads. Truly appreciative moments! These guys have implemented the strategy of do more for less. Brilliant customer service that equate their standard of work. Happy customer!

These guys have shut down and won’t respond to phone calls or emails, it says renovations are taking place but there was no mention of that when i dropped my phone in for repair. My phone was meant to be ready for pick up a week ago. No ABN on their webpage either and i can’t find them via an ABN search either, makes me wonder...

Such a shame to read negative reviews for this place, seeing as I have had such good experiences on both occasions I have used them. Prompt and friendly service with quite reasonable prices. Definitely reccomend IWS if you’re thinking about getting some repairs or work done to your phone . Thanks guys !
Dropped Ipad in to get a 45 quote to fix cellular issues last Tuesday which I paid up front, I was asked to call on Friday to see how they were going and that they’d have an answer and quote for which part was defective, tried ringing multiple times Friday no answer, after about 10 attempts someone picked up the phone. I was told the tech hadn’t finished his checks, and could I call them back today “Tuesday”, after around 14 attempts today I decided to drive the 20kms to the store. The agent told me that the tech still hadn’t finished his checks and was waiting for a new SIM reader / tray. I was not happy, I demonstrated that their phones were diverted to Telstra messagebank and that I was very upset with having to travel in to the city just to talk to them. The agent advised that I could take my Ipad if I wish. Which I did, and have now dropped it to a tech that has told me that it would be one of three things wrong. 1. Antenna fault, 2. SIM card reader or 3. Motherboard issue. He gave me an estimation on the spot, pointed out to me that the screen had not even been opened. He also promised that he would have an answer for me by tomorrow, with no charge if he couldn’t fix it. So all I can say is thank you very much IWS for ripping me off 45 that I could have paid to the professional operator to actually fix my Ipad. Zero stars for IWS!
The guy who served me was super nice and polite. They fixed my MacBook Pro within 20 minutes. Would definitely come back. Thanks guys
