The staff at island 4x4 hire managed to do a quick turnaround for us so we could enjoy a day on Fraser during the busy new years period. Great option if you're staying in Rainbow Beach. Would recommend them to friends visiting, the staff gave a good explanation of the vehicle, tips and tricks and gave us the knowledge to enjoy our day on Fraser. Although the cars are ageing cosmetically they performed solidly and we never felt it wasn't up to the challenge in the sand throughout the island. The paint job makes for some pretty fun group photos also.

Awesome team that did a great job cleaning the 4wd and caravan after a week on Fraser Island.
We had the rustproofing underbody and deep steam clean for our 76 series Toyota and the guys at Island 4x4 did a fantastic job very happy with customer service, even offered a courteous car while our car was beening rustproofed. Price very reasonable job took 2 and half hours, very professional underbody rustproofing, will be back next year for a touch up.
