Excellent service from the minute I checked in. Shauna was very welcoming and took the time to ask me how my day was. Once in the room, I was greeted by a lovely welcome card and a complimentary cold beer in the fridge. Thank you Quest Ipswich.

Quest Ipswich was fantastic in supporting Young Veterans Ipswich to run an art class. There facilities were excellent!
It is spacious , tidy and staff good. The block out curtains are great. But getting into and out of the shower is difficult and dangerous for must people. Law suit waiting to happen. I did speak to reception about it. I suggested at least a handle to hold by the door. Also told her about how the bed was poor with no spring. Pillows were flat. The last thing was staying in room 15a by the stairs the laundry I think is above and they dropped things every morning at 5: 45am today is Sunday and woke me up and then made more noise working for a while. Its strange now a days if you complain they tell you to come on here and complain so management might listen and might fix things sometime in the future...

I have been staying here quite a bit over the last 6 months for work and cannot speak highly enough of the service and professionalism I have received here. Nothing is to much trouble and the rooms always clean and well presented.

Self contained units are well layed out and extremely clean. All staff are friendly and well informed on the local area. Very pleasant stay.
Nice n clean n for price definitely best choice. I thought best western was nice til i stayed at quest n standard room is lije a selfcontained unit. Well worth the same if not cheaper price :)
