Officer 4029946 has nothing better to do then fine people for dropping their kids off at school. Entire drop off took less than 2 mins but because it was outside a parking spot (due to the usual large numbers of parents dropping off kids and not enough parks) it cost 60 dollars. I respect most officers, but this one is clearly just a spiteful loser.

Was pulled over recently at 1:30am. The attitude of the policeman was absolutely disgusting. Clearly knew that he was in a position of power. I respect the police and all you do and have a lot of friends who are policemen/women in Brisbane. A car had broken down and was obstructing the road and he was just sitting on his motorcycle in the MIDDLE of the lane doing nothing. Lights flashing and that was it. Clearly knew that myself and another car was behind him. About 6 minutes passed... nothing. I was still sitting there with my partner in the car and another car behind me. No instruction on what we could do. The policeman then pulled over to the side of the road to help the broken down car AND the other car that was jump starting the broken down car. I then proceeded to drive very slowly past the obstruction and didn’t even cross the line. I was very careful on this. It was a broken line and not solid anyway! I had every right to drive past the obstruction according to the road rules. He then sped up behind me and pulled me over asking if “I knew what I was doing.” Claiming , “Was there a reason I felt I had to overtake him??” ... I would LOVE to have a discussion with someone in regards to this matter. The reasoning of the officer was very unclear and just seemed as though he was bored. He then breath tested me and asked if I was still living at my licence address and just treated me like a criminal in general. Pretty pathetic. I apologised and mentioned that I was very cautious and he gave me the”benefit of the doubt”. Next time... how about you pull your motorcycle to the side and then direct traffic to ensure a safe journey???? Not just sit there and have the public worry that if they beep their horn that would be a crime too!
Ipswich Police never showed up to a Priority One, 000 call. Neighbour was crying and screaming for someone to call the police followed by the sounds of lots of glass breaking, all of which I relayed on the 000 call and i was told it was priority one and police would be there soon. House went suddenly quiet 20mins later, at the 40 min mark I went back inside to watch from my window. Ipswich has a history of not bothering to show at my female friend's servo when she's called them too. Friends of mine have also said they have similar experiences. I have a lot of respect for police but no trust in this mob.
I always in courage my kids to hi five the police and every time they are happy to oblige.
The 2 female officers near RIverlink Shopping Centre were too busy on the ipad to actually direct traffic, as the lights weren't working. Here is a tip ladies; don't shout GO at me as I was making sure it was safe to cross and NOT have someone hit me side on!!!
Really they need to do a better job. Bloody hopeless. Phones ring out, then when you do see them, they tell you lies. One Constable looked me up and down inappropriately for sex. No thank you. Its very awkward when you come across Police like that. They are on my meta data on my phone, just for being gay, how dare they. I don't do anything unlawful, yet they persist on listening to conversations and all the content on my phone. Furthermore they persist with a harressment forum in public and in my workplaces towards me and give out my address to the public. Where's the privacy and confidentiality in that? My case is before QPS Ethical Standards, i want Laurie Shevlin and 4 other cops charged. I told you to get of my phone, I have lawyers involved now, see you in court, Laurie. Laurie you and your other cop friends better own up, when asked by the lawyer on what's going on mate. People don't like liars or dirty cops. Just stop it!!! I mean it mate !!!! You think they would get the hint to stop, but no. They think there above the law themselves. Be a bit more professional!!!²
Unbelievable , if someone reports someone for doing a burnout the cops are there within minutes BUT! When someones breaking into your house and throwing atuff they dont care
i love my local ipswich coppers, they are so cool and friendly, and saved my getting bashed last night on brisbane st. ipswich coppers are beautiful. crime does pay
