This place is ridiculously overbooked and hot. There is a sign on the counter that says there is a waiting time of 1 - 3 hours before you will see the Dr. Very disappointing business practices. Most of the patients are elderly and struggle(highly distressed) with the waiting time. Staff at the counter are rude about it as well. To put the icing on the cake, they sting you 400 for the privilege!
I would just like to thank all members of the team for their enthusiastic approach ,from initial consultations through to surgery and post opp recovery. At all times I was well informed and treated with the upmost respect. The quality of life changes with improved vision are second to none and I wish to sincerely thank John and all staff for there Professionalism and kindness. Kind regards Grahame Eaton
Terrific. Not bulk billing but worth it. So incredibly gentle with the injections I need to have in my eyes. I also had cataract surgery here last year which has been just amazing. I still can’t believe I have to have needles in my eyeballs but I’ve got my vision back and I hardly even know I’ve had them. Very highly recommended.
Amazing amount of equipment. Very comfortable and pleasant clinic. When I walked in the door I couldn't believe how busy it was but by the time I had my procedure and left I knew why it was so busy. I've never been so thoroughly assessed and so well treated by a specialist and I've been to quite a few! All the staff had great senses of humour too. Fantastic result for me. Wasn't what you would call cheap but that place must cost a fortune to run and still less than in Brisbane. Tops!

Always busy, extremely hard working team, and friendly staff. The receptionists need to pat themselves on the back because they cop it, just smile girls. Parking on site. Equipment everywhere, from flashing machines to chasing dots around a fish bowl. Thanks for everything guys.
The practice manager is one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to Cancelled my mum's appointment and said that I cancelled it. Refused to acknowledge the mistake was on their part then cancelled my mum's appointment she's been waiting for for some time with deteriorating vision To say I'm disappointed is an understatement Private owned firm so ombudsman couldn't do anything and to make matters worse when I asked to speak to the doctor about the matter Fran gave me an admin email and told me the doc didn't want to know about it Disgusting behaviour
