The team at Ipswich Giant experience and Custer service will above exceptions. I ordered a new bike with the expected delivery date in April. Chris and the team delivered it 3 weeks early. Had it assembled and has met in for a fit within hours of it being delivered to the store. I will be recommending their shop to anyone needing a new bike or a bike service. Had a recurring problem with my bike that just would not go away. Every brand has some sort of fail rate guess I was the unlucky one! Chris & the team spent a lot of time trying to locate source of the problem. He worked hard with the manufacturer & got a resolution for me that nobody could be unhappy with That people, is the reason to buy a bike from a reputable shop like Giant Ipswich
Bought an ebike this week from the team. Great service, easy process and heaps of education to help me know how to use the bike. Everyone was helpful. Have been riding my bike this weekend and what a dream. See you in 4 weeks for my free service. Such a great bike you set me up with.
Got our son a mountain from Giant Bikes today and the customer service was oustanding and unmatched by any other bikes store we had been to. It only had good quality bikes for sale. Absolutely amazing guy! 10/10 would defenitey reccommend Giant Bikes Ipswich to anyone looking for a bike.
