Sarah has been treating my wife for high grade brain cancer for over five years. She is an outstanding specialist and extremely well regarded. My wife has a team of six specialists who regularly reflect on the skill and commitment of Sarah. All the nurse and care teams we have been associated with cannot be more glowing in their comments of Sarah. We feel extremely lucky to have her supporting us with skill and great compassion. I know from my involvement with the brain tumour support community that she is well regarded nationally. Her office support team have been equally fantastic. Thanks, Sarah – we love ya work!

Dr Olson performed spinal surgery for me a few months ago and I was so impressed by her expertise and professionalism whilst being so caring and easy to understand. I will be forever grateful that she was able to remove my pain with her skill and attention to detail. Special mention to her staff who were so accommodating and prepared to help at every turn. Such a special practice!
Sarah has been my husband's neurosurgeon for the last five years. She has performed two surgeries and also gamma knife radiation. She is always cheerful and takes time to really get to know her patients and their family. She has been a wonderful surgeon in every aspect and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Each time my husband has undergone a procedure, I have felt at peace, knowing that whatever the outcome, Sarah will have done her absolute best. I have complete trust and faith in her!
Dr Olson, Leanne, Karen and Belinda have provided a level of 'service' to my husband that is rarely seen. Dr Olson's surgical excellence, amazing bedside manner and generosity is something we have not experienced before . Leanne's team have been faultless in providing us with seamless appointments and pre and post operative advice and care. Their level of compassion is above and beyond the norm. Thank you!
I have been dealing with Sarah and her team for the last year. Leanne and Sarah have been compassionate and instrumental in getting me sorted and back on my feet, but have also gone above and beyond and helped me find another specialist when some other symptoms came up. A huge thanks again to Sarah, Leanne and her team.
Unfortunately her receptionist is so incredibly hostile and unprofessional I have had to go somewhere else. I'm very disappointed, and also shocked at the awful behaviour I, and my family endured. In addition to not wanting to answer basic questions she demanded that I sort out tasks that she should be completing. Very lazy.
NO SECOND OPINION - WORKCOVER patients beware! After obtaining a referral from my GP and spending a considerable time organising and sending through medical information I received a phone call to say that this doctor does not do 'second opinions' even though she claims on her website to have an interest in carpal syndrome & peripheral nerve entrapment which would have been worth investigating given the cervical spinal surgery I have had has been unsuccessful. This doctor also says on her website that she will write WorkCover reports. Obviously she is happy to write a 'second opinion' for an insurance company - just not when a patient requests a review. Tells you everything, so beware of the 5 star reviews.
