Prices were great but unfortunately found him to be unprofessional. Did not appreciate the condescending attitude he showed towards my elderly mother, especially when he referred to her "as the old girl". Customer service is severely lacking.

Michael was very helpful in recovering all my files on my USB stick that decided to die . He recovered them and the turnaround time was super quick and at a very reasonable price.
