Investment Real Estate agency set us up and lost us our dream home through sheer incompetence, disorganisation and dealings with a questionable land developer. No apology. Phone calls and messages not returned. Our experience was unbearable, it felt like they went out of their way to be so inept. You could probably tell how bad they are by their marketing emails. Full of spelling mistakes and questionable content. Oh this house will sell in 48 hours. 1 month rolls by (terrible mind you given the current RE market), still for sale. Don't be wooed by how big they state they are. They are a minnow. Their office on the Gold Coast is a co-working space, so you are buying property at essentially the back of a van. I have no idea how they source their clients, perhaps outsourcing as a secondary agent. I suggest you Google the director Mark or Marek Stachura. If you are too lazy (or do not possess advanced Google / boolean search skills) I can summerise some of it: It would seem he has been quite the hustler in life. Been to court numerous times for civil and criminal matters, setting up Phoenix companies and publicly been warned in QLD by the QBCC. I am only stating what one can prove without a PI or police lookup. There is a lot more out there on the web that I cannot state on this review because they are only allegations or not public knowledge. I suggest you tread carefully in dealing with this company. Do your research and DD particularly if you are involved in business dealings. It would be a bad look and potentially damaging.
