Had to get car re-registered. Everyone else was four weeks wait, Ford said leave it with us and we'll get to it ...maybe in a week or two. Honda service responded positively. Had it booked in 3 days later, took 2 hours to do and car was back on the road same day. Great customer experience!

Went in for a warranty issue with some window tint. No hassle. Getting it sorted. Was in there a good few months ago when my inlaws were looking for a vehicle more suited to their new mobility device needs, the staff were very understanding and helpful. Ended up buying a secondhand CRV from the dealership group.
