Only one man loading pickups on a Friday at 11am long wait served others with bigger loads and we had to wait for him to keep bringing out pellets between other pickups. Never been treated like that before at other depots. Not helpful, other depots allow us to roll cargo off pallets onto tray whilst still held up by forklift. Had to hand load and wait, there for over 2hrs when normally in loaded and gone in less than a half hour. Not happy!
