I used this car park today. Dodgy to describe it in Oz term. First of all, the sign outside is misleading - saying 8 when in effect it is one of the most expensive car park but you wouldn't know until once you have driven into it - and some kinda plain daylight robbery to be frank. Secondly, the only way out and into the car park once you parked on foot is through a lift through a few dodgy doors. I was advised to take the lift when returning to pick up the car through the front foyer. There are 6 lifts and none of them are sign posted whatsoever so you don't know which lift to take or which floor to go to unless you keep a note. Only way you can find out is if you ask someone (and if you are lucky to find someone who knows). What are the chances for that? It took my sheer luck after a few tries with few different people who seemed like regulars in the building to find that someone who actually knew and was kind enough to tell me which one to take. I told the attendant that they should put on some sign on the lifts. I was informed that management has been told about this customer complaint over many years now without any action. Of course it hasn't. While the client tries to figure out looking hapless how to get to the basement car park the clock is ticking for your car park fees! Go figure. I would never recommend this car park to my friends or anyone. In fact, only recommendation I have is "avoid this park" if you can. Terrible.
