Lying staff don’t know what’s happening. I wasn’t advise about my shipment arrived in Perth when I investigate they blame on the supplier of the other country, when I asked for proof they blamed me for all the delays which cost me additional 508. Don’t understand the difference between the quotation and actual invoice twice I received quotation for around 600 and later get the invoice for 1100. One of my pallet was damaged they hide this from me until I agreed to pay additional 508 which was incurred due to their laziness and negligence. Coz they hide the damaged pallet now My supplier can’t even claim it on the insurance. I am in loss of about 1300. I went to confront them expecting some explanation the staff hide and the guy u dealt with have no idea all he ask for money to release the goods. There is no link to lodge the complaint with their company. Be careful if yuh deal with this company.
