I can't recommend Interior Secrets highly enough. From the moment I placed my order and had contract with Helen, who's service was outstanding, I felt the process flowed smoothly and she responded very quickly. The products arrived quickly and we are delighted with them, they have added a bit of luxury to the room! Would definitely look to use them again in the future.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The product is delivered broken and no refund is given and nothing can be done but lose your . The head office and sales team are very rude and provide no help whatsoever. Massive regret buying from this Company and I request that no makes my mistake as you will be very disappointed!!!

Not a nice place to shop! Staff just sit behind their computers, do not even greet you. When we asked a question there was little acknowledgement of us as a a customer, staff member did not even bother to get up. Zero help, just a very cold environment. A hello from staff does not cost much. Customer service training is very needed
