I recently replaced all my old windows and doors with a fresh, clean double glazed UPVC product supplied and installed by Integra Windows. A big job in a standalone 2 story home. From concept, through quotation to production and installation the process was seamless. The carpenter and team assigned to install were courteous, punctual, meticulous yet quick. No installation challenge was insurmountable. For a great product and low stress installation, including clean-up, I'd definitely recommend Integra Windows.

I had a fantastic experience with Integra. Their windows are very high quality (just like we have them in Europe) and the customer service is excellent. Because of a few issues with the renovation at my place (caused by another company) I had to place an urgent order. Given the urgency, Integra agreed to expedite the production (with no additional cost!) and delivered the new window in a very short time. Thanks a lot to everyone who worked on this, especially to Kyle who did an incredible job supervising the whole process. Highly recommended!
We were going to import windows from Europe but we went with Integra because the quality of their windows and doors is comparable to European products and their pricing is very competitive. Technically the windows perform well: the temperature in the house is much more stable now, and we can barely hear noise from outside. The windows feel reassuringly solid when being opened and closed. Integra were very flexible when it came to the installation. They worked around the other aspects of our reno and they communicated well with us and our building team. We are extremely happy with the outcome.
I love on a very busy road and have been considering double glazed windows for close to a year. I have done extensive research into the different type of glass and frame available on the market. I though i mew everything there is to know, however, in my dealings with Integra team I have learnt even more valuable and key information to ensure I get the outcome I wanted. Throughout my many questions the sales rep was very patient and in the end I got even more then I expected from the new windows. Thank you guys very much. It is great to deal with true professionals!

Our bathroom window was very tricky to install, but they did a brilliant job installing the new window. Great company to deal with and highly recommend.

Great product that exceeded my expectation. Friendly stuff that was willing to go the extra mile to assist. The price was abit higher then some other quotes I received but the experience was defiantly worth it !
Thanks to the Integra team for a great result. Margo and the team in the office were very helpful and informative. All our questions, and we had many, were answered with all the detail we needed. The installation team lead by the wonderful Stephane were outstanding, worked together brilliantly. They worked on an busy site with other trades. No mess, everything was removed from site and the new windows and doors were installed with absolute precision. The product is even better than we hoped for, we now live almost oblivious to outside temp and noise. On the rare occasion it's been turned on our old air-conditioning system works better than ever. Absolutely recommend Integra and their outstanding product and service.
