Great team of confident staff. We were really happy with our spa and landscaping job. The spa did play up strangely enough a few months after buying it, but it was something really simple and their technician was able to come out and fix it right away

Good quality spas. Delivery wasn’t quick but happy with the spa and glad we waited. Isaac goes the extra mile every time.
WARNING Simon got 2/3 through our concrete pool build before we found out he was building our pool without council approval. He lied and told us he had it. Check his builders licence and make sure you sign a proper HIA contract, not his quote or proposal. Worst experience dealing with Simon as he was never on site to organise his trades, I project managed most trades myself. Once I confronted him he stopped all work and just asked for money. Left me with an unfinished pool and thousands in damages. Interestingly we have written a couple of negative reviews and they have been taken down. We are definitely a customer of InStyle Pools and Simon Chayboub.

We have had our spa for 15 months now and it hasnt given us a single problem. We initially sought out Isaac to discuss which spa would best suit our family, and we were so impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail, we bought our spa the very next day!! We have kept in touch and taken advice on upkeep and maintenance. If you are thinking of purchasing a new spa, then Isaac and his team should be your first stop. A visit to the showroom where they have all on display will be your best decision in purchase.
Not a client or customer, but simply made an enquiry to this company, the reply from them was a little rude. I then made some other enquiries and they ignored, and did not even address my question in the first place. What a joke.
COULD NOT BE HAPPIER ! Service and delivery were fantastic . Totally recommend InStyle spas Artarmon and Issac , Laura & Ben dream team .
