Spent a significant amount of money with Mario over the years. His knowledge, service and advice is fantastic. He even stored a large, bulky purchase (2 x Focal 826V and Sub) for me for several months whilst I was building my home - at his old store location. Spent an hour with me testing his range of speakers until I found the right sound. Can't fault service, knowledge or experience.

I ordered a Sonos speaker, and then 24 hours later the order was cancelled without any reason or explanation. Be aware of this if you order that it may just get cancelled without any correspondence.

I don't recommend Instyle Home Theater & Hi Fi as a reliable source to purchase your products. I had manufacturer warranty issues with my Bose product, what was meant to be a swift replacement ended up being 3 weeks of being let down during several phone conversations with the salesperson. There were no attempts of contacting me informing me of the delays and I had ended up demanding a resolution.

Pair of headphones stopped working properly while covered under warranty. Refused to discuss refund under ACL. After paypal dispute settled in my favour, received abusive phone call from owner calling me "not right" and threatening small claims court.
