If there was a zero Star I would give that, although transfer rates are not bad, the actual service is truly hopeless. Probably the worst in the Fx Transfer market. They dont mind harassing the customers, sit on transfers for weeks, on some rubbish pretext. I generally don't write reviews, but this company really deserves a poor review. Simple message, if your transfer is urgent, do not use them.

My personal suggestion is not to use their service if want reliable and fast service. They dont care about the service. You just have to request them hardly to get you update. How can it take 3 -4 days just to trasfer money in their bank account???? I really need answer. I experience your customer support staff which is just like chatting with robot. I was searching a rating less than 1 star for their service.
