Poor quality finishing and not properly treated product as we had termites burrow out of our product. Customer service was atrocious due to: * long delays receiving our goods * high turnover of staff meant i had to continually chase them up * management spoke over the top of me * completely wiped their hands of any remedy Their solution was for me to re-treat and patch up the holes. Disregard any rebuttal from the business, they had a chance to rectify the issue, they would rather shift blame and responsibly.
