Store is clean & sparkling! Very good service from the assistant! Unfortunately, I don't know her name... However, she was very knowledgeable and made several intuitive suggestions for products I will try next time. Some products were out of stock but I don't mind checking for them later because the staff were so welcoming.

I had a very pleasant experience with Soojin the store manager who was able to walk through product lines and actually answer my concerns instead of overloading me with info. The store manager was able to work well with the stock given (they were a bit down) and connect with me outside of topics of skincare which made the experience feel very personable. A small, concise, but beautiful store that compares to other innisfree stories found worldwide. Cheers
