The best medical practice in the area, with the best doctors, and staff. When I moved up this way, I found it difficult to find a practice that was caring, and a fantastic doctor that cares about his patients. Margaret at reception is brilliant, Dr Li and Dr Truong are just amazing doctors.

I been to this infinity centre for many years and The receptionist lady (not sure what’s her name but she has blonde hair and looks around in her late 30s or 40s) is always rude and have poor attitude towards my family and I. She is very disrespectful and unwelcoming to my parents because English is their second language through her judging/distasteful facial expression and always ignores them when they say ‘thank you’ when leaving. In contrast, I had witnessed she is very cheerful and welcoming when greeting or farewell other client that are fluent in english. What makes me coming back is because the other staffs are professional and nice.

You must be delusional if you think this is a bad medical centre. This is a fantastic medical centre. Lovely staff and doctors. I did a walk in without an appointment and the lovely receptionist was able to fit me in between bookings. There was a bit of a wait but that is understandable as you have to acknowledge the patients who had made advance bookings. Not wonder why the doctors here get booked out on a regular basis, they are such caring doctors and know what they are doing. Definitely recommending this medical centre.

Receptionist lady is quite rude and has always had a poor attitude every single time I've came here. Came here for an appointment with doctor Anh Tuan and waited almost 50 minutes with news that doctor isn't even here because he's still on lunch despite having an appointment booked. The medical centre needs to improve the attitude and punctuality of their staff. Seems like they don't really care about their patients and are over their jobs.

This medical centre was great 8 years ago when I usually visited . Now the receptionist is rude ,unhappy and doesn't care less . I was waiting for 1 hr , didn't confirm me of how long I will be waiting . People just walking in ,left me angry . Well come to Third World Country . The receptionist said - that just the way it is they already book . Where is the curtesy of let people know how many patients ahead of them . If you are not happy at work , who force you .Just leave . It will bring this medical down ,and out . Hope the management of this medical would recognised the problems and fixed it before its going down hill .

QUAN NGO purchased a baby seat from me on ebay then decided she did not want it because even though she saw the date of manufacture provided in pictures but then paid for it and didn't pick it up She thought the best to do was give me bad feedback on ebay. What a rotten thing to do. I'll live with it but everyone should know her reality
