If you are a landlord, RUN RUN RUN!!!!! Do not use this company. My parents have had the worst time with them. They offer you contract for 6 months minimum notice required to leave them. Every other agency is 30 - 90 days. If you want to terminate due to their incompetence and lack of understanding they will charge you a big fee. They love to argue with you, they're in the right and you're in the wrong even when fair trading says they're wrong, they think they're right. Even 1 star is too much. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!

Amazing real-estate mark gave me a go first rental property I ever had he took a chance on me without even knowing me and I'm so greatfull for that honestly couldn't ask for a better real estate if I ever needed repairs done they where straight on to it, when I wanted to terminate my first lease to move into another one of their properties they where happy to do so, honestly definately would rent through them again, the receptionist are very polite an respectfull and must add in gorgeous I don't understand why they have so many negative comments I never had a problem with this real estate god bless
I contacted Mark last week in regards to a property I was interested in. I asked if it was possible to view the property before the open home, as I would be working an hour away on the day that the inspection time was booked. He said no, it's not possible, and that Saturday was the only booking time available. I said ok, Saturday came around and my wife went to view the property. Mark gave her the application which is paper based, and not online (18th century much?). She gave me the application and Mark said to her that we can view the property on Monday. Monday came around and I called him at 12pm to see when I can inspect. He said to me that I can inspect it on Wednesday, as it's not possible for today. I advised him that he had said Monday, so he then checked with the owners and agreed to 4pm on Monday. When I get there, he said to me it's been leased, I just got the deposit. When I told him I wasn't happy that he had wasted my time, he said he had received their application since 11am. So if that was the case, why did you not tell me that when I called you at 12pm? If that was the case, why waste my time, I had to leave work early to make this appointment time. Yeah, I am a little upset, as I thought I had found the perfect property. But I will get over it, I will just keep looking and the right one will come up. But you Mark, are worse than a used car salesman. I will be also taking this matter further with Fair Trading/the Ombudsman.
I have been with infiniti for a number of years, they are very professional, honest, very friendly, reliable and understanding. Their customer service is outstanding and very supportive. I recommend Infinity Realty whenever quality and honesty are required.
