Awesome service, friendly staff, and competitive prices. I was assisted by Tamar and Gillian over two days as I made my decision on a watch, and received truly excellent quality of care and advice. Gillian did an awesome job helping me try on different styles and offering suggestions. The next day Tamar was just as friendly and helped me size the watch and select some accessories, she also showed me how to change out the band on the watch so that I could learn for myself. Couldn't be happier with my purchase and the staff at Wallace Bishop Indooroopilly. Highly Recommended!

These guys wanted to charge me 40 just to change the batteries in my Baby-G BA-111 watch (a model which they also sell) and said they couldn't guarantee water resistance (that part is fair enough as I wasn't asking for the seals to be checked or replaced, just the batteries replaced). I ended up replacing the batteries myself - the batteries cost me 2 each and the whole job, including resetting date and time took under 3 minutes. That they wanted 40 for 3min labour 4 worth of batteries is extraordinary and extremely disappointing. I guess Wallace Bishop is just another modern retailer for whom old fashioned service is dead.

It seems any Joe or Harry off the street can come work here. i went to purchase a birthday gift for myself only to have my entire experience ruined because ol "Ben" who served me seems to not be having the best day. He had dropped my watch multiple times, was not confident with the product, Had the store manager come over and ask if everything was okay probably because she had seen the look on my face. The Worst experience i had is now tied to a very special gift and i get reminded of this every time i see it. No sexism here but id advise to go straight to one of the ladies working the store.

This shop is just wonderfully presented, and the staff are awesome and easy to work with. the lady who has served my girlfriend and I 2 times so far, Tam, is honestly the most wonderful person to deal with. she makes purchases easy to do, and always tries to make things even better for us than we would expect. will definitely be returning in the future
