I don't usually take the time to write a review but the service I received this afternoon from the young lady at Indooroopilly store ( I wish I got her name ) was just lovely..very genuine, friendly and she just made me feel very comfortable and happy about my new purchase. Thank you :)

No customer service. Went into the store with my father eager to actually buy luggage, but the two ladies behind the counter looked up at us, didn't greet or offer any assistance thereafter
