The 1st time I came into the store I had a man serve me I think by the name of liam? Was super happy with my purchase and his service however the 3 interactions after have been extremely unflattering. I was served by a young lady when exchanging sizes and another man when tailoring my jeans. There was no level of care what so ever. No assistance, and very minimal help. The entire time I felt extremely uncomfortable. I work in retail and Im shocked that people like this work for a good brand like levis. It really sells the brand short.

The lady who had no one else in the store to help did not bother to help me and was very adamant that I was a smaller size than I really was. When I told her my size, she then had a horrible look and went completely silent. She did not help with size at all and did not help me when I asked to look at other styles. Would not recommend. Also Levi do not cater for the thicker thighs girls and have limited stock at actual stores.

Susan was the highlight of my day! Came in looking for some new quality denim jeans and Susan not only supplied outstanding and exceptional customer service but also was very chatty and made my day! Ended up buying a levi’s denim jacket on top of that! Would definitely recommend this store to anyone that is looking for great advice on denim! Thanks Susan, really appreciate your efforts to go that extra mile to make a customer very, very happy!

Persistent disinterest and absence of any helpful service from staff actually put me off a sure purchase. Was really happy with the quality and feel of the jeans, but after multiple attempts to get their attention and/or assistance with different sizes and styles, I simply left out of frustration. Not sure if I came at a bad time, but several other customers in the store on a rainy Saturday seemed to have the same issue. Major bummer.
