I normally don't write reviews so this bike shop must have left a good impression on me. Great old fashioned personalised customer service, reminds me of the good old days. They are pretty good mechanics too!

We needed a new bike for our 7 year old. We spoke to Zach and can't speak more highly of his customer service. His product knowledge was excellent. He was very patient with us and ran us through all the specs so we knew exactly what we were buying and patiently addressed all our questions. Our son excitedly walked out with his brand new XTC JR 24. I reluctantly asked if he could help us load into our small boot and he happily did without any fuss. He also happily cut my bike seat stem for my own bike at no cost as it was too long stock standard for me. All in all was a great experience from start to end. I'll be back.

Thank you to the lovely lady who sold me some cycling shorts yesterday. Not only did she help me with her advise and experience she also praised one of the young boys working there for something he implemented. Was nice to see a place where hard work is obviously recognised and appreciated by senior staff. Will definitely be back there next time I need anything.
I seldom write review but this one worth mention. I was looking to replace my scooter's tyre and got rejected by the neighbour store. Went to ride indooropilly and they were able to do it for me with no fuss. Thank you for saving my time. It is good to have an experienced bike shop around.
