Very poor customer service, and the staff named Kitty Hooper was very rude and had absolutely no manners. They were very dishonest and extremely unprofessional as well. I don’t see a future for this business.

Artworks Indooroopilly has great customer sercive and a fantastic range in artworks and frames to chose from. The owner is lovely and always knows which frame is the best for my mother's artworks. Through experience, if you're looking for the perfect frame or the perfect art peice for your wall or room, Artworks Indooroopilly is the place to shop.

Terrible experience. Very poor customer service and sloppy workmanship. Promised two weeks for framing, took nearly 6 weeks. Kept promising ‘next week’ but then wouldn’t follow up. Left all the chasing to us and always had an excuse but never an apology. Then when we arrived to pick it up we witnessed what was our very expensive piece of art being wheeled into their store on a trolley with the canvas exposed with no protection. Then, they realised they’d forgotten to attach the wire for hanging, so they laid it down - FACE DOWN on the floor with no protection to screw the hooks in! The result? Two distinctive black smudges on the canvas. Great. Still no apology. When I raised my concern with how they were treating it, the response was ‘but I vacuumed the floor this morning’. Really? Then I made the mistake of asking for it to be wrapped in bubble wrap or the like to protect it on the journey home. Apparently that was an unexpected and unreasonable request, met with huffs, puffs and eye rolling. The best they could do was sticky tape some dirty plastic and pieces of paper to the front. Terrible experience. Not sure how a place that treats its customers and their artwork so poorly can still be in business.

Very disappointed in this company, no customers service just greed shame on you artworks indoorpilly, I genuinely feel you have stolen 150 from my family shame shame shame
