I did a walk-in desperately needing full face threading, full arm and armpit wax. My therapist, Ash, was absolutely amazing!! So friendly and efficient. Ash threaded my eyebrows perfectly The facilities were clean and well maintained. Price was great too..thanks Ash

I went to their branch on level 5, Westfield, parramatta for eyebrow and upper lips threading. The lady was extremely rude. She plucked my skin on the brows so many times and wasn’t even sorry. She didn’t give any suggestions on where i should place my hands for it not to hurt. Didn’t say thank you. Handed me a tissue to clean my face and went to counter and waited for me to pay while I was checking my face. She did not even give me cream or gel to sooth the skin. I had to ask for it. WORST SERVICE. No Communication

Very good place * No long waiting because they have good n smart staff on both level 1 and 5 in Westfield Parramatta. * Geet,Ash and almost every staff member give you right and useful advice. *Whenever you visit you feel pampered and positive environment. MUST TRY after that you will not try other place.

I got a lovely scalp oil massage from Sheetal on Level 5. She was very kind and informative and made me feel very relaxed. I enjoyed this treatment and will certainly do it again.
