To The Manager and State Manager of Independent Living Specialists, Castle Hill. My family arrived at your store this afternoon after discussing about chairs with myself and my wife who work in health care industry. We felt my father would benefit from an Electric Recliner Chair. Upon arrival we were greeted by two Sales Reps who made us all feel welcome and were able to explain things in layman terms for my parents to understand. Throughout our time in the showroom both the staff went out of their way to ensure that my parents understood the operating of the chair along with the information which was provided with the invitation to revisit should we require clarification from the information which was given to us. I have visited a few companies trying to find the right scooter and the one thing that stood out for me with your company is that you actually took the time to find out what i was looking for and not try and sell me every product possible.
