Have purchased two mobility assistance items from ILS Adelaide Showroom. I've found their staff to be professional, efficient, courteous, reliable and very customer assistive friendly. Communication was through emails and phone calls, as I was interstate. Alice and Ellie would respond to my emails always in a prompt manner. Freighting my purchases onto me was a smooth and uncomplicated process. I highly recommend the ILS Adelaide Showroom on Grote St, in Adelaide City. Thank you Alice and Ellie for your exemplary service.

To order something as simple as a toilet bucket for a commode. Showed Brooke the picture of the commode it was needed for, she assured me she would order the correct one and would arrive the following week (3 working days) . 2 weeks later it arrived to discover its the wrong one & doesn't fit and Brooke won't allow me to return it and said it was up to me to know what I wanted, what the ? Your the apparent specialists, not me, and you're OK with doing the wrong thing by the customer and making me pay for YOUR mistake, sorry for my misunderstanding in trying to think you could help in the first place!! Thanks for wasting my time & money, absolutely disgusted with your service. Especially talking over someone continually, its very rude!! My 90 year old father will have to wait a bit longer now before he can use the toilet in his room, without having to try and walk safely to the bathroom. This comment added 15/11/19 - after leaving the above review, Alice the store manager contacted me to discuss. Alice has now ordered me the correct one, and allowed me to return the incorrect one they supplied. Thank you for now allowing me to change over the item. Shame it got to this point in the first place, but I'm pleased you made the effort to rectify the issue this created.
I came into the store looking for products to assist my elderly parents, the sales team had a great wealth of product knowledge were very helpful and caring.
